Copying all dlls helped to fix this build:<br>

<p>Here is the repacked dependencies pack with fixed proj.4 (release libs), just in case<br>

(remove <code>-DBZIP2_LIBRARY_RELEASE=C:/libs/lib/libbz2.lib -DZLIB_LIBRARY=C:\libs\lib\zlibwapi.lib</code> to use it, I have renamed zlib and bzip2 libs.</p>
