<p>Postgresql activity logs show that <a href="https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/9718561" rel="nofollow">relation 9718561 version 5</a> was likely last processed. Restarting the updates helped as a workaround.</p>
<p>The tile servers are fine, so I suppose it is a gazetteer-specific issue.</p>
