<p>The trigger is only needed if you run an import using a non-standard projection. The additional validation is needed to make sure that the re-projected lat/lon values are still valid. The trigger not needed for the default projection EPSG:4326.</p>
<p>You could as well mention in your README, that you don't support the <code>-E|--proj num</code> command line parameter, and be done.</p>
