<p dir="auto">Did some more experimentation: going back to (Docker) Ubuntu 18.04 with osm2pgsql 0.94.0 and Proj 4.9.3 installs (via <code class="notranslate">apt</code>) all goes fine: coordinates in PostGIS (Still PG 14 with PostGIS 3.2) are correct and Mapnik render a nice OpenTopoMap. Same <code class="notranslate">osm2pgsql</code> command (<code class="notranslate">-E 28992</code>), exactly same configs.</p>
