<p dir="auto">As I understand it, the load check makes sure that there is enough capacity on the machine to generate missing tiles with low latency. This check only applies to existing or low-priority tiles.<br>
If you don't like this behavior, you can modify the <code class="notranslate">max-load</code> flag as proposed in the SO answer.<br>
