And while you are at it...

I just created an area and tagged it waterway=dock.  It is not
rendered by t at h.  It would be good if it was.

Is there a good reason why rivers are rendered in a different color
than sea?  It looks a bit strange where the two meet.

Next, railways are rendered on top of nearby roads.  I think it would
be better if it was the other way around.
