<font color="#888888"></font></blockquote><div><br>I was fairly close to getting a read-only copy of the planet/API system going right when they announced a bunch of new servers were installed. The nice thing about it was that it was using MySQL's spatial index system so that nodes and ways were returned extremely quickly and cheaply for a given bounding box.<br>
