- I cannot correlate it with the mailing list traffic (no correspondence emails / usernames), but more newbies than before wrote to the Italian ML.<br>

Is this mailing all Italian users or just those whose OSM userid isn't divisible by 4 (as happens in Poland)?<br>

If the latter, I'd be happy to count up the effect of "message" vs "no message" as I've done for Poland a couple of times now.<br>
