[Accessibility] Introduction

Hi,

I am Per froom Kassel in Germany. I am blind, 40 years old  and a user of 
the basic functionalities of the faboulos Loadstone software. Thanks to Rob 
and the other Loadstone developers. Although I have tested Wayfinder Access 
too, I am not satisfied with its usability. The best thing is to get access 
to commercial map data and POIs. If Wayfinder Access would cost less than 
100 Euro or Dollar, it would be more interesting for parts of the worldwide 
blind community.

I am interested in all imaginable ways for getting access to map data and 
satellite based services, but the goals must be realistic. I am a user of 
Nokias Symbian devices till now, but perhaps I will buy a iPhone 3GS with 
its built-in screen reader soon. Actually I am also testing an Android G1 
with some apps from Googles Eyes-Free project. Both devices have a built-in 
compass and GPS receiver and there are already some useful apps for blind
