[Accessibility] 500 internal server error when submitting gps traces

Hi

  I have had   a  500 server error when submitting my gps traces at
http://www.openstreetmap.org/traces/mine

  I have loggen in succesfully iwth my user account (arimo64). I got same 
error even when submitting a blank form.

  Where to start to investigate this problem; what additional information 
could i provide?
