Hello Simone,

there is a project called "wheelmap" in Germany and another one called 
"Rollstuhlfahrer-Routing".
You'll find links to these projects if you follow the OSM category
called "Disabilities" or the wiki page "accessibility".

For Wheelmap contact Raul Krauthausen, for Rollstuhlfahrer-Routing
contact OSM user "Astrid".

Make sure to use only agreed tags - there are some unagreed proposals
for the wheelchair tag that won't work, see my comments on the talk
page.
