[Accessibility] Low Floor Public Transport

Hi,
the *platforms* shall be tagged with wheelchair=yes/no/limited individually,
because even if only low floor public transport busses and trains are used on these routes, some simple platforms inhibit wheelchair use.
The routes are served by different vehicles, that man deserve a wheelchair=yes, no or limited.
(Where not only being low_floor but also "having no handrails in the middle of the doors, so a wheelchair can pass" is is relevant. Use maxwidth tag.)
I do not know a usecase where "having low floor" is interesting without "being wide enough to be passed with wheelchair, stroller etc.", so I don't think "low floor" is helpful.
I recommend to stick to wheelchair tagging, a well established tag.
If all vehicles used for a bus route are wheelchair=yes I would tag it like that.
If some vehicles are wheelchair= limited or no I would tag it wheelchair=limited.
"partly" sounds good at first sight, but it does not fit in line with "limited".
I recommend to user "website=URL" to link to the website of the route operator's information on this route, hopefully including details for disabled persons or stroller pushers.
You can also use "wheelchar:description:<lg>" to leave a description for wheelchair users (<lg> is for the language, e.g. "en", "de").
See http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposed_features/DisabilityDescription
I tend to leave it up to Transiki to map the "partly" problem in detail, where the timetable can be taken into account. (http://www.transiki.org/)
Happy Xmas
