[Accessibility] Wheelchair toilets and Eurokey

Hi,

I started mapping the toilets in my hometown for accessibility with
wheelchairs. There are mostly (~75%) two models[1]:

Type VA:
can be used by everyone, costs 1 Swiss Franc or is free with a Eurokey

My tags:
amenity=toilets
unisex=yes
wheelchair=yes
centralkey=eurokey
fee=1 CHF
fee:centralkey=no

Type BF/MF:
Two separate toilets: wheelchair: 1 CHF or Eurokey
                      'normal'    free

My tags:

node (a)
amenity=toilets
unisex=yes
fee=no

node (b)
amenity=toilets
wheelchair=yes
centralkey=eurokey
fee=1 CHF
fee:centralkey=no

My questions:

- On the Wiki it says: "The tag centralkey=* is used, if a toilet (or
  similar) can be opened by a central key only, that is distributed
  only to a limited group of persons."[2]

  I know eurokey-only toilets mainly from inside buildings (e.g.
  University, supermarket). Is it ok to tag 'my' toilets with
  centralkey=eurokey, too and change the Wiki (i.e. delete 'only')?

- All eurokey-amenities I know are free of charge but as far as I know
  it's not mandatory (thus the additional key "fee:centralkey"). Do
  you know toilets etc. that cost when using a Eurokey? Or is there a
  rule about cost-free access?

Thanks for your help,
Thomas
