[Accessibility] Accessible Play Equipment

Hi all,

I'm starting a project to compile a list of play equipment accessible
by disabled children. First, I wanted to check that no such project
was already underway! Also, having looked through the openstreetmap
wiki I can't see any tags that describe such play equipment - I'm
thinking along the lines of describing a "leisure: playground" with
extra tags like "swing: baby", "swing: chair", "roundabout:
wheelchair" or similar. It is likely that I'll end up defining a set
of tags for all play equipment, not just stuff explicitly for disabled
children. Does anyone know of any such tags that are in common use but
not documented? Otherwise I'll try and get something proposed.
