[Accessibility] Accessible playgrounds

I've got an accessible swing on there now; I'll try and get an
accessible roundabout on there later. Pictures of other equipment for
comparison would be useful to . I've prepended the image filename with
'accessibleplay' to make it clear where it came from.

Thanks all - I'm struggling to find time to do this (having 2 small
children) but having other people interested in it is keeping me going
:-)
