[Accessibility] BlindOSM tag usage

Hi

I noticed the blindOSM tag is not very widely used. Also here where i live 
(Jyväskylä area at cednter Finland) there are most of the drivable ways 
marked already so i  have concentrated mostly on POIs.

I have also tried to contact finnish mapper to look for the blindOSM tag 
but no success so far:-(
