Nice work Jean-Louis,

I have been working on mapping the accessibility of physical 
environments. You might be interested to see the work done in HaptiMap 
project (http://www.haptimap.org/). I am not too familiar with OSM tags 
but we suggested few new ones based on the experiences gained within the 
project, see below. Some of them might already be implemented?

Road work     Road_work=yes
Traffic light with simultaneous green light
  for pedestrians and amber for vehicles crossing=traffic signals; 
traffic_signals:simultaneous_vehicle_pedestrian= yes/no
Traffic light with short period of green light 
traffic_signals:green_period=short / normal
Uncontrolled zebra crossing with low visibility crossing=uncontrolled
                 crossing:visibility= low
Poorly signalised zebra crossing crossing:tactile_paving= yes / no / 
incorrect
Poorly signalised stairs steps:tactile_paving= yes / no / incorrect
