Hi,

BlindSquare utilizes also OSM:
http://www.blindsquare.com/faq/#what-is-open-street-map. Maybe you already
found the OSM-wiki-page "OSM for the Blind":
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_for_the_blind that mentions a few
apps and some projects, but I do not know more about them.
