[Accessibility] FW: DisabilityDescription and blind:audio=*

Hi Jeremiah,

The  blind:description:* tags have been approved by the community and the
blind:audio* tags could definitely benefit of the clear proposal how they
should be used, I think.

There is in addition the acoustic=* tag that is mentioned on the page
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Disabilities but neither the the
blind:audio* tags nor the acoustic=* tags are mentioned on the
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OSM_for_the_blind page. So, I think
more information could be added to the wiki.
