[Accessibility] Mapping accessible toilets and parking

Hi Will,
I represent the I Wheel Share <http://iwheelshare.com/> company which is
the "community of tips for disabled people".
We are based in Paris and created a massive amount of disability data over
the paris area, focusing on toilet accessibility using wheelmap.org
The goal is to produce data we can use through http://accessibility.cloud
for our business services.

We are planning a "project of the month" about toilet accessiblity with the
french community in february 2018 :
https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/FR:Project_of_the_month/toilettes_accessibles
This kind of event is organised on a regular basis in France: a lot of
contributors focus on a specific topic with on-site collection, open data
integration and more. We are producing the tools to help the community
being more efficient during this event.
