[Accessibility] Mapping “turning nodules” in pedestrian crossings

Hi Martin,
why not to use a specific new tag /traffic_signal:rotation/?
In addition, it would be maybe useful to add also
/rotation:position=bottom/ or /below/, to highlight where to find it...
