[Announce] Xastir (APRS Ham Radio App) can show OSM tiles

On behalf of the Xastir project I'd like to announce that Xastir, the APRS
tracking program for Linux, has recently added "alpha" support for OSM
tiles.

To use this new feature you will have to compile the latest version from
source (CVS).  Here are some instructions for doing this, and more
