[Announce] New Latin American OpenStreetMap list

Hi,

A list for the Latin American OpenStreetMap community was created:

The initiative arose from the gathering between mappers of several
countries in Conmapas, an event on open maps that happened in Mexico last
week.

The idea is to create a channel to exchange experiences and coordinate
better efforts to strengthen the community in the region.

The posts can be made in English, Spanish or Portuguese, without preference.
