Bonjour les osmose-gurus,

Voici une demande du développeur de l'application mobile StreetMobile
https://github.com/westnordost/StreetComplete/issues/139#issuecomment-296753596
et cf message de talk@ ci-dessous.

Il cherche des pistes pour détecter une piste cyclable qui serait un
doublon potentiel, parce que elle serait à la fois :
- sur une route "motorisée" highway=* définie par un tag cycleway=*
- sur un way séparé parallèle avec un tag principal highway=cycleway

A-t-on quelque chose d'approchant dans Osmose, même sur une autre
problématique ?

I wonder, does anyone know a QA tool out there that finds duplicate
cycleways?

With duplicate, I mean cycleways that are both
- tagged as cycleway=* on a highway=* way and
- mapped as a separate way parallel to the street with highway=cycleway

I understand that there is no simple tag on the highway=* way to denote
that the cycleway is mapped as its own way, so whether a cycleway is
mapped or not cannot be determined just by looking at the tags of a road
but must be determined by analyzing the geometry of ways in relation to
each other (I guess).
