[dev-italia] South Tyrol Open Geo Data Portal

Hi all!

Today, the new open geo data portal of South Tyrol (“Geoportal
Südtirol / Geoportale Alto Adige”) was released [1]:

  http://geoportal.buergernetz.bz.it/

(Most of?) the data is under a CC-0 license which is perfect for using
it in OpenStreetMap for example (but thanks to CC-0, it is also
suitable for any other kind of application).

I haven't have had time to look at all the data sets in detail yet,
but from a fist glance it looks like that it is basically the same
data which was already available for mapping in OSM via the province's
WMS service and a usage terms clause specifically for open data
initiatives [2].
