PS: I tried to contact the original importer in a changeset comment:

reply.
PSS: Hmm… Maybe all of the sport_centre areas from the respective
import changeset could simply be reverted/removed: at first glance,
none of them looks like a real sport centre:

That way, we'd just need to find all affected changesets (there's at
least one more changeset, where overlapping forests&farmland were
uploaded).
