[Openstreetmap-dev] Problems with dev server

Hello Steve,

Am having problems with the dev server. Have set up according to the wiki page  
(including adding the DNS record) but the URL 

http://nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/

does not appear to map to the files in /var/www/nick.

For example if you look at

http://nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/css/

the timestamps for the files were last night, whist in my /var/www/nick 
directory they're this morning.

I guess it's a config issue?
