Or use the data you already have, where 24 people have traveled 
through the same intersection, and compute the averages.  If the 
north-south tracks have the same average elevation as the 
east-west tracks, then it is a one-plane intersection.

If no tracks through the intersection make a turn, stop or speed 
reduction, it is more likely to be a bridge or tunnel, and the 
average elevation will tell you which road is above the other.

If you have too few observations to get reliable averages, then it 
is apparently a small and unimportant road.
