[Openstreetmap-dev] getFullPoints doc bug

in the javadoc for the XML-RPC interface i don't see a list of what
the list returned by getFullPoints maps to in terms of property names.

The old wiki page for
http://www.openstreetmap.org/newwiki/index.php/XmlRpcInterface used to
have quite nice documentation what happened to it...?

i am digging out some old perl + python interface scripts and bits of
utilities and trying to package them up...
