I agree here, and Steve has got it down as a "todo" for a 0.3 or 0.4
version
of the schema. As I mentioned earlier, it would seem appropriate for every
node tag to have a "name" attribute and a "class" attribute, at least, and
probably for segments to have a series of "permissions" attributes to
describe
what can use that segment (pedestrians, bikes, horses, cars etc)
