[Openstreetmap-dev] Strange message from appletviewer

It needs either you username and password in the applet tag or a token.
These are provided when you're logged in. Of course, you arn't logged in
when using appletviewer.

A bit of html to use for testing the applet would be nice, and it's on
the TODO unless you want to do it.
