[OSM-dev] Waypoint(POI) Icons

Since i also need Icons for the use in GPSDrive i wonder if we could get some 
synergy effect if we use the same icons for all the rendering engines. This 
would also enable us to define a standard iconset with a ruleset when to use 
which icon. This would also make all osm maps look more consistent.
What do you think about it?
