[OSM-dev] set up test server

The other day I found out that Ubuntu recently was released for 
Sparc so I am trying to set up an OSM-server from of an Sun 
Ultra30. I have been trying to follow 
<http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/Setting_up_a_test_server> 
and I think I got as far as "access your own server via 
http://localhost/" but that failes with an 404 not found and "File 
does not exist: /htdocs" in /var/log/apache2/error.log. I should 
get some kind of page shouldn't I? Mysql is installed but no 
database is set up.

What I have done: <http://www.mozoft.com/OSM/testserver.txt> some 
comments in swedish but most are just commands like apt-get. I am 
planning on adding it to the wiki if I succeed. After translating 
and making it more readable of course.
