I do not know if i can help you in testing, and i do not know if this problem 
is relative only to few case or is wide. For the area i'm mapping i consider 
it a blocker, i cannot extend long ways ( i have a couple of long motorway to 
upload in southern Italy from the last holidays :(). For the onlineviewer i 
consider it a serious becouse the online applet shows such missing segment in 
green.
When is planned the fix? If not, is there a good workaround? some dev server 
pointing to the real database? some /api/test/xxxx URL ?
