It doesn't appear to be fixed yet.
Ways 485136 and 485137 have the datestamp from when they were complete 
but half the segments are missing from the individual requests AND the 
map requests:

I thought that if I downloaded a map that covers some of the missing 
segments, the ways are included as well but I can't reproduce it now.

I'll recreate the ways fully and see how it goes.
