I decided not to create any new Map Features tags over the summer ;-)
Like your ideas for the canal tagging. There needs to be a page just for
them so that the correct terminology can be used. I already know that when I
used "turning_point" I should of course have considered "winding_hole" but
then these naming subtitles make it more difficult for language translation
and understanding.
