[OSM-dev] svn not working for me

Hi Tommy

Sorry for not getting back to your personal emails soon enough :-)

I've tested it and it seems to be that some of the passwords were
created with htpasswd and some with htpasswd2, and the new box doesn't
like this. I'll change other peoples as they complain.

I've reset yours to what it was before and tested it.
