[OSM-dev] OpenLayers, GeoRSS and annotations demo

Couple of bugs for you:
1. When reopening an annotation the option to "go" which saves the same
content to a slightly removed location is there. As a result rather too easy
to add duplicate annotations ad infinitum.
2. I spotted that "Sutton Coldfield" got badly misaligned/overlapped on one
of the zoom levels where the text crosses from one tile to another. Although
that could also have been an issue with the text not displaying at the
correct zoom on one of the tiles (that's what it looked like although the
roads matched up ok).

Cheers,

Andy
