[OSM-dev] Adding features to the wiki; single username/password and multilingual

Hello,

My name is Richard (Rickm on the wiki and IRC). Last night Steve gave me and
Dee the information so we can start implementing some features on the wiki.
We're going to
*Code the wiki to authorise with the OSM mapping user table.
*Enable linking to multilingual pages
*Update the wiki to the newest mediawiki version
*Help code the forum to authorise with the OSM mapping user table (After
we've spoken with Dave, aka RolyMo, who set it up)

Every so often we'll say MediaWiki, just so you know thats the name of the
software OSM wiki and Wikipedia runs on.

Feel free to give comments, advice, or suggestions.
