[OSM-dev] Main site layout - IE issues

While checking for a possible browser incompatibility I spotted that there
are few <div> layout issues with the homepage in IE. Most noticeable on the
GPS Traces page if you narrow the window a bit. On full window the top grey
line is stepped on the right hand side. On first look, these minor issues
appear to be with the font size rendering differences between IE and firefox
