I start having problems connecting to the main Server. The response is kind of

I started several wget with the same arguments and as you can see below 5 out 
of 6 fail. This behavior currently seems to be the standard. So I assume I 
have a problem.
The last request in this run was successful and returned the right data.
I can reproduce this error about in the same frequency.

Any hints? 
Or is this a server Problem?
