[OSM-dev] Changes to osm.xml mapnik config file

Have made a number of changes to the osm.xml mapnik config file. They include:

- place=town | hamlet | suburb shown as well as city | village
- more areas shown - woods, commons and heaths
- unsurfaced ways shown as dashed white lines
- hills (natural=peak) shown 
- cycleways shown in different colour to bridleways
- think that was it.

Not sure how they'll look but I made a first guess at appropriate colours.
