For example area at 14.7831, 41.1287 (Benevento town in Italy).
I do not know if i lose some messages in the mailing list howewer actually i 
have tiles rendered only and partially from UK. For example in Chester i have 
tiles at zoom level 12, if i try zooming in i get again the boring message.
