[OSM-dev] SQL to create OSM DB

Planet.osm is loaded into the database on dev. This has been created 
with the current schema.

so on dev, you could do:

mysqldump -df -udev-planet-user -pdev-planet-user 
openstreetmap>/tmp/current_schema
