There won't be :-)
What you get back, e.g. from wget, is the osm-map-features.xml.
If you're running in a browser with an XSLT processor, the browser will then 
apply the XSLT and generate the SVG.

I'm guessing this is the same problem as IE, in other words the browser won't 
do the xslt processing.
