[OSM-dev] landsat plugin displays only one image

This behaviour is different to how I originally implemented the Landsat code. 
In my "hacked" pre-plugin version of JOSM, you could download several Landsat 
tiles at once, and show and hide different Landsat tiles.

Imi - when you added the landsat as a plugin, did you change this 
deliberately? Ideally I'd like to change it back, as the ability to download 
several landsat tiles is very useful.
