Joerg (+anyone else interested),

I've added two possible candidates to a new SVN ditrectory 'data':

freemap.xml - the XML I use for Freemap;
elemstyles.xml - the XML I use for my additions to JOSM. This is a simpler 
format as the rendering demands of an editor are less than a full renderer. 
In particular, elemstyles.xml only matches one key/value pair whilst 
freemap.xml can match more than one.
