Similar to this, but different: Sometimes I would like to be able to
select a bunch of things in JOSM and remove them from JOSM to speed JOSM
up, but not delete them from OSM on next upload. If this is implemented,
it should not allow deletion of items that I have edited but not
uploaded yet.
