[OSM-dev] t at h lowzoom tiles created by user "jip"

Hi,

   would the person using the t at h account "jip" please upgrade to the
latest lowzoom.pl before rendering further lowzoom tiles? This ensures
that empty ocean squares are painted blue not white. I had uploaded a
batch of new lowzoom tiles this morning but found some of them
overwritten by "jip" just now. If anyone knows who "jip" is and
believes he or she might not be reading this, please forward the
message!
