It's now a binary-all package. The new name is:
	openstreetmap-mapnik-data
And there will be soon another one covering the world-boundaries (just 
uploading):
	openstreetmap-mapnik-world-boundaries
The other (a little oder) packages are:
	openstreetmap-map-icons
	openstreetmap-map-icons-restricted
	openstreetmap-utils
